We are unable to cancel orders that are already purchased or prepared, and are out for delivery.
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, chat our customer care atbottom right corner or email to support@iunloifood.com within 3 working days of placing the order or scheduled delivery date. If the value of your order is below RM100, we will offer a credit on your next purchase. If it is above RM100, we will keep a 10% admin fee and refund the balance. This is also because Shopify charges us an administration and processing fee for refunds. Otherwise, you can choose for a full amount in credit on your next purchase. You may contact us to discuss on your options.
Please note that we will not accept any order cancellations for custom orders, personalized orders or bulk purchase.

Using our online store ensures you can check that all of the details you are entering are correct, as well as easily browse our entire range. It only takes a few easy steps within 3 minutes!
Select your favourite item(s); enter shipping postal code to see available delivery zone. Currently our delivery service covered within Malaysia only.
Key in the quantity desired and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. These item(s) will be automatically added to your shopping cart and add-on items (if any).
Click on the ‘Shopping cart’ button (top menu-right icon) to proceed checkout.
Select your delivery date.
Fill in your message (if any) by clicking the ‘Message card +’ button, then press ‘Checkout’.
Fill in your email address.
Fill in your billing details (sender details) and shipping details (receiver details).
For self pick-up at our office, just select ‘Self Pick-Up’ option to get delivery fee waiver.
Select ‘Shipping’ or ‘Self pick-up’, then press ‘continue to payment’.
Enter discount code (if any).
Select preferred payment mode by credit card upon checking out. We accept DebitCard, VISA and MasterCard as forms of payment. No partial payment or cash on delivery.
Successful orders will receive an automated email response. Ensure your email address is accurate and up-to-date.
